Green curry sauce
ซอสเขียวหวาน ตรามะหญิง
1 bottle makes 5 servings
After opening, store in a tightly closed container and refrigerate. Consume within 15 days.
It does not contain garlic or meat and can be used for vegetarian cooking.
How to make green curry

Add 200 ml coconut milk and 200 ml water. Bring to a boil.
Add 2 tablespoons of green curry sauce and mix until dissolved.
Add 100 grams of meat and boil until cooked.
Add basil leaves, red chili peppers, and kaffir lime leaves. Scoop into a serving bowl. *If vegetarian, replace the meat with eggplant and tofu.
