How to make shrimp fried rice

  • Stir-fry garlic with oil until fragrant and yellow.

  • Add 80 grams of meat and stir-fry until cooked.

  • Add 1 egg and stir-fry until almost cooked.

  • Add 230 grams of cooked rice, 1 tablespoon of stir-fry sauce, and stir-fry until well combined.

  • Add vegetables as desired, stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked and serve on a plate.

*Can be used for stir-fried vegetarian vegetables or vegetarian fried rice, using 200 grams of vegetables per 1 tablespoon of sauce.
