Green curry sauce

1 bottle makes 5 servings
After opening, store in a tightly closed container and refrigerate. Consume within 15 days.
It does not contain garlic or meat and can be used for vegetarian cooking.

How to make green curry

  • Add 200 ml coconut milk and 200 ml water. Bring to a boil.

  • Add 2 tablespoons of green curry sauce and mix until dissolved.

  • Add 100 grams of meat and boil until cooked.

  • Add basil leaves, red chili peppers, and kaffir lime leaves. Scoop into a serving bowl. *If vegetarian, replace the meat with eggplant and tofu.
