How to make curry

  • Add 100 ml coconut milk and 100 ml water. Bring to a boil.

  • Add 1.5 tablespoons of curry sauce and stir to combine.

  • Add 150 grams of meat and stir-fry until cooked.

  • Add cumin leaves or basil leaves and stir-fry until well combined. When the vegetables are cooked, turn off the heat and ladle into a serving bowl. Garnish with kaffir lime leaves.
